I booked with Tri star executive months before I went abroad to pick us up from Bristol airport to take us back home to Cardiff. The level of professionalism and kind heartedness was next level. I am very glad I went with this company , they gave me a email a few days before our flight home to give driver details and car reg along with there number to message on WhatsApp, from there the driver even went above and beyond and guided me out of Bristol airport through text as it was all new to me , he then greeted us just outside drop off and put our luggage in the car and provided us with drinks for our drive home , it was such a relaxing ride home after such a long journey , I will be for sure booking with Tri star again for future references , thank you to everyone

Stress free experience start to finish Ramesh is a ‘Lucky charm’…..clear run to and from Cardiff & Caerphilly to Bristol Airport both ways in rush hour quicker than i’ve ever done it. The Mercedes Sprinter we travelled in was immaculate and super comfortable. Communication with Tri Star was easy and reassuring and overall full value for the money. 1st time using Tri-Star but not the last.

We booked Tri Star Executive Travel for a Business trip to and from London. It was our first time using their services, and I will definitely be using and recommending them again. The Drivers Gary and Ramesh were Punctual, polite and extremely accommodating. The Cars were spotless and very comfortable and spacious considering there were five of us travelling. The communication from Madhu regarding the booking and planning was thorough, and any queries were answered in a timely manner. I can not recommend this company enough and I was very pleased with their service.
