We are Tri Star Executive Travel. Cardiff’s VIP travel and chauffeuring service; offering transport services for any occasion. From airport transfers and corporate events to weddings and evening events – we handle every aspect of your travel arrangements, so you don’t have to.

All of our chauffeurs have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working in the chauffeur services industry, ensuring that when you use our services, you are guaranteed a professional experience with us. Our executive vehicles are all licensed by the Cardiff licensing authority, known to be one of the most rigorous licensing authorities in the UK, ensuring the safety of all of our passengers.

We can provide executive vehicles of various shapes and sizes, to ensure the most appropriate vehicle is allocated for your requirements. You can be rest assured our vehicles will be prepared to the highest possible standards, prior to a client booking.

In order to make your journey with us as seamless and simple as possible, we utilise our wealth of knowledge to handle any additional planning requirements. Service Standards

As a minimum our drivers will strive to meet the standards listed below:

  • They will always arrive at least 10 minutes earlier than the agreed pick up time
  • They will always keep track of your flight status (if applicable)
  • They will always meet and greet clients at the airport arrivals hall (if applicable)
  • They will always assist clients with their bags and luggage
  • They will always provide bottled water in the vehicles as a minimum
  • They will always have Apple and Android device chargers in the vehicles
  • They will always drive in a safe and careful manner
  • They will always be smartly presented

The service we provide is not just that of a smartly dressed driver in an executive vehicle. We aim to take the hassle away from you for all transport linked concerns, based on our wealth of knowledge and industry experience, so that from the moment you book with us, you can leave the decision of routes, times, contingency plans, security issues and any other related matters to us. COVID-19 Update

As a business we have made a decision to complete all bookings for the foreseeable future in our Mercedes V-Class MPVs for the safety and protection of our clients and chauffeurs. The MPVs come with electric tailgates and side doors, this allows for a contactless entry and exit to and from the vehicles. The vehicles are configured with conference seating layouts in the back, meaning by asking clients to sit in the back row of seats where possible, a distance of around 2 metres can be kept between the driver and passenger(s). As standard business practise our vehicles have always been cleaned inside and out in-between every booking to provide spotless executive vehicles for each and every booking, this continues to be the case, but with an additional focus when cleaning the interiors with disinfectant wipes and sprays.
