As a business we have made a decision to complete all bookings for the foreseeable future in our Mercedes V-Class MPVs for the safety and protection of our clients and chauffeurs. The MPVs come with electric tailgates and side doors, this allows for a contactless entry and exit to and from the vehicles. The vehicles are configured with conference seating layouts in the back, meaning by asking clients to sit in the back row of seats where possible, a distance of around 2 metres can be kept between the driver and passenger(s). All drivers will wear face masks throughout all journeys and passengers will be provided with face masks and alcohol based hand sanitiser. As standard business practice our vehicles have always been cleaned inside and out in-between every booking to provide spotless executive vehicles for each booking, this continues to be the case, but with an additional focus when cleaning the interiors with disinfectant wipes and sprays.
Most drivers have had the great pleasure in providing transport for some highly talented and famous individuals. Our drivers are used to providing a discretionary service when needed for the safety of their clients. On occasions they have worked with the venues the clients have played/performed at, so that a safe entry and exit could be executed, eliminating any crowd and fan disturbance at the venues concerned.

One of our drivers’ favourite stories is a request received from a romantic young man, who wanted to plan a very special proposal for his wife to be. He had planned a treasure hunt around Cardiff, hiding various clues at locations around the city which held sentimental value to their relationship. He needed help in being chauffeured in a luxury vehicle between the locations, and at the last location having them return to the vehicle prepared with two glasses of champagne to toast to their engagement! The driver was also fortunate to be part of their wedding day, and helped meet the transport needs of the bride, bridesmaids and family members.
Transport of company sponsors and UEFA members between airports and hotels and in between the various UEFA sites set up in Cardiff at the time. Planning in advance was crucial, to ensure appropriate routes were selected, to work around the many road closures in Cardiff at the time – to guarantee the clients arrived at their destinations on time – so that they could keep to their tight daily schedules. On match day some drivers even had to leave the vehicles at the closest point, and walk the clients to their destination, ensuring their safe and timely arrival!
Transport for the presidential team of one of the member states; this consisted of obtaining a heightened security clearance, runway collections, working with the security detail for the team and driving within police escorts.
